3. Payment and Fees
Payment for services must be made in full prior to or on the day of the move. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated on the booking platform.
- Local Moving: Payment is typically calculated based on hourly rates, with a minimum of [X] hours of service.

- Damage to items that are not properly packed or crated.
- Pre-existing damages to items before the moving process.
- Loss or damage to items that were not listed on the inventory list provided at the time of booking.
We recommend that you consider purchasing moving insurance or contacting your home or renters’ insurance provider for coverage options.
Malabar Movers will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
7. Insurance
Malabar Movers offers basic liability coverage for items damaged during the move, which is limited to a specific amount per pound. For greater protection, we offer additional insurance options, and we strongly encourage you to purchase this coverage if your items are valuable or fragile.
